How it fits

Make the next person’s job clearer.

01 / SELECT

Start with a copy

Select a folder, or use the built-in synthetic sample. The tools read files only when you choose them.

02 / REVIEW

Check the findings

Decide which duplicate or naming warnings matter to your project. Missing files are checked only against the list you provide.

03 / EXPORT

Hand over the context

Download a report or delivery ZIP. Review the README and asset permissions before sharing with your recipient.

Field notes

Useful even without our tools.

WORKFLOW · EN / 日本語

Before you ZIP an asset pack: six checks worth making ↗

A practical checklist, a required-file example, and when an ordinary folder or spreadsheet is enough.

Know what the tools can do.

Are my files uploaded?

No. File processing happens in your browser, with no analytics or external requests from the tool. The full HTML file can run offline. The public website and itch.io have their own hosting and checkout behavior.

Does a clean report mean my project is ready?

These tools do not validate engine imports, internal references, 3D meshes, video playback or ownership rights. Renaming copied files can break references; keep original paths when your project depends on them.

Could I do this with free tools?

Yes. A file manager, a hashing command and a spreadsheet may be enough. These tools combine small handoff steps in one local interface. Test the free demo to decide whether that convenience is useful for your workflow.

How was this built?

Built with AI-assisted coding and separate implementation and review roles. Test coverage does not replace testing with your own assets. Samples are synthetic; there are no claimed customer results.
